Incubated and seed funded by Panacea Venture, Maestro Surgical is a surgical robot technology platform company. The 2 co-founders of the company are Dr. Hai Mi, Panacea’s co-founder and Professor Jianyuan Jiang, the leading spine surgery KOL and Director of Orthopedics Department of Huashan Hospital, a leading research hospital in China. Maestro has developed a globally patented paradigm-shifting motion control technology critical to multi-axis robotic arms to execute increasingly complex and specific surgery tasks, and a proprietary medical imaging algorithm deep trained by large sets of real patient data.
